Welcome to the ORIGINAL Bikini Body Mommy Challenge! This challenge was filmed as a way for Briana to share the 90 day workout series behind her infamous 100 POUND Weight Loss Transformation. With workouts previously only available to the BBM community via photos and workout cards, Briana's decision to begin the video production this challenge came shortly after experiencing a devastating miscarriage in which she found herself once again with 25 postpartum pounds to lose!

With relateable and RAW home-based workouts (all under 20 minutes in length), Challenge 1.0 set the tone for all that Bikini Body Mommy stands for!
