I love all of Briana's programs but the 14 Day Fat Blaster is my absolute favourite. The use of exercise bands is a refreshing change from using weights. Also the meal plan has some of the best recipes which have become household staples. I mean who doesn't love cheddar biscuits. The format and meal plan definitely made staying on track easy. Thank you Briana for such a fun and innovative program that gets results.
